why cant I transfer ebook from adobe digital editions,? says it's done, but says "oops, this book cant be opened"

when I transfer my book from adobe digital editions,  says its in my ereader, but when I go to open it,  it says ops,  this book cant be opened"  needs authorization,  but I have authorised my device several times,   still not working
