Why won't my new ebook, just purchased, download to Adobe Editions?

I just bought an ebook online which is supposed to download to Adobe Editions on my Windows laptop, but the download keeps failing to complete.  I get this message: "Error getting license. Server communication problem E_Adept_Request_Expired" ..  However, I had no trouble downloading the ebook to BlueFire on my iPad -- it worked first time! Thanks. J

Update: I just tried downloading this book using Internet Explorer instead of Firefox and it worked perfectly the very first time!  I got the idea of changing browsers when I saw someone had posted that she switched from Firefox to Safari and the download worked. J
