account adress change and billing?

hello

may i ask, where i could change my adress for the billing please?

i have moved my office and the billing was set to the old office adress, so i cant use it for the taxes.

i found my account  > manage account > change adress at "marketing" easily

but change adress for my account, is hard to find.

i looked at payment options, like other threads suggested, but there i can only change my paypal to creditcard etc...
