adobe cant verify my subscription status

Hello, I have done everything I could find to troubleshoot this issue with no luck.
I was in the middle of working and my adobe programs stopped allowing me to save properly. I quit out of everything and when I tried to re-open I got this "cant verify your subscription status" message. Then after trying again I got this "An error has occured" message. Here's what Ive tried:
- Tried the common suggestion to check the computer date and time settings, this did not work
- Signed in and out of my adobe creative cloud app multiple times
- Updated entire mac to latest system as of today
- Updated adobe programs to latest version (it somehow still let me do this but still wotn open)
- Checked my internet connection which is functioning, and made sure there are no plugins active
Also signed into my adobe accoutn online and seems like things wont load there either. Im at a loss
Please help!
