Adobe CC icon disappears when "force clicking"

Hi,

I have a MacBook Pro with High Sierra 10.13.6.

When I open Adobe CC from the toolbar and click on a tab with the force click (this happens often by mistake), then CC closes and disappears from the toolbar.

I can launch it again no problem from the apps folder, but it's just an odd, annoying behaviour. Any idea what could be going on?
