Adobe CC installs (both on Mac and PC) do NOT recognize I have purchased a subscription

While still trying to get my complicated Adobe CC install on my iMac to recognize that I PURCHASED a subscription yesterday (Adobe CC app opens with main programs, such as Illustrator, Photoshop etc listed as "Try" with a "Buy Now" dropdown).  SAME PROBLEM on my IBM PC laptop: installs Adobe CC desktop app OK, but all main programs are shown as "try".  Since I signed on with my Adobe ID, how come they don't know I have bought them? How do we solve this on both machines?

Hi Leonardl23520171,

I have reviewed the Adobe ID (email address) you have utilized to post here and could not find and purchased subscription registered on it, if you are using the same Adobe ID (email address) to sign in on both your computers then this could be the reason it is giving you an error to 'Try' or 'Buy now'.

Do you have any other email address that you might have used to purchase this subscription? If yes, then please try using that to sign in and check.

You may also want to refer to the following help document for more information: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase.

Let us know if this helps.

Charge showed up TODAY in my bank account from Friday 9/14 purchase, so maybe I jumped the gun in the installs this morning. How long does it take for Adobe to recognize that it has my money and show my account? What do I do to fix up everything on the 2 computers?

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id (used in the next step), https://accounts.adobe.com/

if your account shows

a. your subscription is active,

1.  sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id above to verify your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

2.  if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

3.  if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-reverts-to-trial.html

4.  if that fails, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

if your account shows

b. you have no subscription and you're paying for one
