Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is not working

Yesterday, I got the message: "Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp."

 

I did all the steps listed in this article but none seems to work:

Even the remote support app is not working and agents are not responding as of the moment.

Please help me figure out the cause of the issue.

 

Below are my technical specs:

  • macOS Catalina Version 10.15.3
  • Macbook Pro (15-inch, 2018)
  • 2.6 GHz 6-core Intel Core i7
  • 16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
  • Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Gisi46372687, sorry you are encountering errors using the Creative Cloud desktop app.  The e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum shows that you have a Creative Cloud for Individual membership.  If your computer is managed by the company that you work for, then an individual membership may not be appropriate.

 

Do you own and manage the computer and network that you are using the Creative Cloud on, Gisi46372687?
