Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is not working
Yesterday, I got the message: "Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp."
I did all the steps listed in this article but none seems to work:

Even the remote support app is not working and agents are not responding as of the moment.
Please help me figure out the cause of the issue.

- macOS Catalina Version 10.15.3
- Macbook Pro (15-inch, 2018)
- 2.6 GHz 6-core Intel Core i7
- 16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
- Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
