Adobe Creative Cloud Uninstall
I sent this email the other day to someone's name I had in escalated customer support from a previous issue that wasn't resolved by regular customer support. This team hasn't gotten back to me and this issue is very frustrating. Here is what I sent:
Hi,
I just left a message with your team. I had her name and number from previous needs to contact a support specialist with Adobe after not getting satisfaction from the regular customer service team.
I'm a very basic Adobe user. I only use Adobe Photoshop Elements for the Mac and the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Recently I purchased an external hard drive that had the Adobe Creative Cloud as a trial installation. I installed it, found it not really necessary for me, and don't want it anymore. I believe it is interfering with my Mac and other programs because often out of nowhere it will launch and interrupt me trying to launch other programs. I tried to uninstall it with the official Adobe Creative Cloud uninstall app in the Creative Cloud folder I have, but when I attempt to uninstall it, it tells me I can't be cause I have programs running that require it. I had Photoshop Elements and Reader long, long before I had the Creative Cloud trial, so I should be able to uninstall it without it affecting the other programs I rightfully have. Can you please advise or have someone contact me (REMOVED home landline) to help me get this program off of my computer. It literally seems like it has taken over my computer and I really don't want it.
Thanks,
Jim Curland
