Adobe Creative Cloud won't update Lightroom

The Adobe Creative Cloud tool will start the intallation but it gets stuck anywhere between 20 and 30% and won't finish. My windows is up to date and I'm logging in my computer as Administrator. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
