On question though, as we are an office with three users. Can I use the same serial number?

    Hi

The Creative Cloud is on subscription only and you activate it by logging on with your Adobe ID and password, no serial number required, you cannot however activate it on more than one computer at a time and no you cannot share your subscription.

    More info

    https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-apps-number-of-computers.html

Either buy a subscription for each individual or consider https://www.adobe.com/ie/creativecloud/business/teams.html

no, one license cannot be shared by more than one person.  that one person can install on an unlimited number of computers but only two computers can be 'activated' (actually signed-in to cc at any one time).

you can check a team and enterprise license for sharing among employees, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/faq/teams.html

(and there's no serial number with creative cloud.)
