Adobe presenter Error

I just downloaded Adobe Presenter and the ribbon shows in PowerPoint.  However, when I click on Settings I get this "unexpected" error.  Currently signed up for the free trial but I'm stuck here.  Any help would be appreciated.  I've tried restarting my computer and re-installing Presenter.
