Adobe Upgrades for Mojave 10.14 AWFUL!

I don't think I'm the only one who is unhappy with the new S/W upgrade. There are so many issues, especially with InDesign and Illustrator. I've never (in 2 decades!) had such issues.

InDesign: can't use bc I can't see the cursor. It took 3 hours of my time to figure out how to trash Preferences for the older versions.

Illustrator... where do I begin?????

-It is next to impossible to use the point grab arrows. I end up deleting whole objects. Who was the genius who came up with this.

-The palette organization is horrendous. I spend more time toggling between the Essential/Essential Classic/Layout etc, than I do actually working.

-It sucks up so much RAM that it crashes every hour. Never happened with previous versions. And, I have nothing open other than Illustrator and my desktop is not loaded.

Adobe, a little bit of advice: whoever you hired to do these so called upgrades should actually SPEAK to actual users.

And, where in the past you could call their tech support, now you can't.

I'm late with the deadline bc I'm doing more troubleshooting than actually working.

What Adobe can do successfully is charge me more money for a service that's sub par.

Correct answer Test Screen Name

I'm not disagreeing with you but making sure you know that

* you can install older versions of apps

* you can keep the old version when you upgrade so you can test at your leisure
