Adobe XD installation failed error 191

I have been trying to fix this issue since yesterday, I already checked out all solutions from other posters here but nothing works.

So just to add some context. Yesterday I migrated my OS to SSD, before, all my programs are installed in my HDD. I already uninstalled and reinstall adobe clean, moved my installation directory to my old HDD and back to SSD again, but this error still comes up. I figured if someone can understand the error log, they can point me where to fix the issue.
