adobe xd is not installing everything else installed bout not xd

my rig

pc acer a515-51g

gpu gforce mx130 with intel uhd graphics 620

hdd intel optane 1tb

ram 12gb ddr4

cpu intel core i5-8250u 1.6 ghz wh turbo 3.4ghz

I just use muse right now but when it reaches end of service i need xd

Tims14471112, I am happy to hear that you installed Adobe Muse successfully. What error message did you locate, in the log file, when you were trying to install Adobe XD? You can find information on how to locate the errors in the log in message #2 of this public forum discussion.

Tims14471112, I am sorry that you are facing problems installing Adobe XD. Do you receive any specific error messages? What type of a Creative Cloud membership do you have?
