all apps keeps crashing. can't uninstall

In the last two days I can't launch any off the Adobe apps. Photoshop and Lightroom crahs with an error.

Adobe Creating Cloud simply won't start. no error message at all.

I can't uninstall anything and when I try to use the uninstaller, it failed with "Uninstaltion of Creating cloud Desktop comeplted with errors" but I can't even see the erros.

What can I do at this point?
