Altering primary e-mail adress altered creative cloud access

Question

HiFor the past months I've been making InDesign docs and stored it in my Creative Cloud. Apparently I am not able to active Creative Cloud on a new e-mail address, even when I just altered the address from my old account. I have no access to older docs anymore and I can't view downloaded fonts in Indesign.What went wrong and how to solve this?Thanks in advance.Sofie

If you create a new account the new account is independent from the old one.
