Amount getting deducted after i cancelled my account

This is happening every month and am wasting 1 hour to do these chats, are you people are not capable to do this simple issue..  still am getting deducted, why are you charging me the amount after i cancel the account?

I think you should contact customer support or your Adobe Reseller.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

Yes, but after contacting customer care the problem should have been settled.
