An internal error has occurred.

Hi folks just bought my new macbook pro 2018 and purchased the adobe creative cloud and dwnloaded the Photoshop CC with no problem..My problem is the Lightroom Classic during installation it encountered an error saying " An internal error has occurred . Cannot create a required folder :/Users/frederickbancale/Library/Application Support/Adobe Lightroom/Keyword Sets .

Please help me on this.. Many thanks ...
