Anchor tags in Adobe Campaign Classic Locked, wrong forum

We are facing issue with the rendering of email in mobile outlook.

Anchor tags seem to be not working as expected.

There are bullet points in the email, which when drilled down , take the user to the corresponding article in the same email.

This is working as expected in outlook when i check in laptop.

But when i view the same email in outlook from any mobile phone, the bullet points are not clickable.

Please let me know if some one else faced similar issue and a way to resolve it..
