It's not clear what you need. Are you saying that you bought the program from Adobe?

If so the receipt/e-mail will include your serial number as well as a link to the download site. If you did not receive a link, you can simply download the program's "free trial" and activate it with the serial number that was provided.

They only sent an email . "under review"

I thought it was weird that they could not process order on weekends?

I did the transaction on my signed in adobe page.

12 hours later they declined for some reason
