Ugh!!!! Your driving me nuts...I keep being charged 10 dollars for free plans...I canceled my bank account and went to a different bank input got a letter in the mail for a past due payment. I've tried to "manage plans" can't get there and even to view plan it doesn't have an option to cancel. I've tried the text chat and can't seem to hit send on what I type for the chat assistance. Then I tried for calling but even that says I don't have a subscription that they see and phone calls are only for subscribers so then why the FLIP am I being charged?

Also has it occurred to you that someone, a house/family member or So Called Friend, has taken your CC number and used it to sign up for a subscription using a different email address, IE Adobe ID?

There are no free plans — only a 7-day free trial. It's possible that your plan used one email address and you used a different one when you called. That would explain why they can't find your subscription. There could be other reasons, but only Adobe support can sort this out. This is a user forum and we cannot see your account information. As John says, contact Adobe Customer Care: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
Click the chat icon in the lower right and type "agent" to make sure you are talking to a human and not a bot.
