Billing continued after i requested a cancellation
I asked for a cancellation last yr
and was offered 2 months free and after tht a 1 final month payment - after which the advisor said my membership would cancel automatically as it was already requested.
I have now been billed and charged 2months after and my account is showing a new roll-over contract has started to last another year.
I would like my contract cancelled, and my account refunded for the months i was wrongfully billed extra
please help
