I have an older iMac (27" mid 2011) with Siera OS. I am using CS5.5 but have Acrobat Pro DC.
I have purchased a new iMac which is still in the box and want to install the Adobe CC on it instead of the older one. Can I purchase the CC using the older iMac but only install it on the new iMac?

Sure. You can purchase with any device you wish providing your browser supports cookies and does not have script blockers.
Also check to ensure your new computer meets or exceeds the min-requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use.
