Can I run my InDesign/CC on my work desktop space which has been downloaded onto my PC?

Hi,

Now many of us are at home on personal computers etc I am connected to my work desktop via my home laptop (Windows 10). 

My home laptop has InDesign and Creative Cloud Desktop; but I need to run InD and CCD on my work desktop space. Is it possible to do this on the work desktop space as long as they are not active on my personal computer workspace?
