Can I split the bundle for Photoshop and Premiere Elements 2018 between two people?

Hello

I am looking to buy Premiere Elements 18 for myself and buy Photoshop elements 18 for my sister. My sisters laptop does not have an optical drive so it has to be a download. If I buy the bundle I save 50.00 Now looking to put Premiere elements on 1 laptop and photoshop elements on my sister laptop. If I buy the digital bundle copy can I download just premiere on mine and just photoshop on my sisters? I do not need or want photoshop and for my sister she does not want or need premiere and I do not want to use up both downloads on the two computers

Please advise

My second question is and done alot of online research and nothing concrete but are there 3rd party plug ins for Premiere Elements 18

    A bundle product is not to be split. It is a single license, you can't share it, even though you can install it on two computers of your own, so long as you don't use them at the same time.

    You as the owner may install on 2 computers, using your ID and the serial numbers you receive with your purchase
