Hi! I had a problem with Premiere pro and i had to make complete reinstallment of CC to solve it.

I followed all the steps and deleted all the Adobe files from my computer using the Adobe Cleaning utility.

But now i am not able to install adobe CC app!

I am stuck on the step when the program launches the browser to verify me. It opens a browser tab where is written that everything is ok and i can close this tab. I close it and go back to the installation wizard, but nothing happens! It does not move forward.

There is a line which says "If your browser does not respond press here" but this button does not work at all.

I have tried to start the launching process once again but it does not help.

---

And also i have the second problem. I am not able to contact adobe support using the live this. I have a message that service is not available. Yesterday it was working.

Please help!

if you need to contact adobe support and have a problem with a particular browser, try a different one.  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

but you may be able to solve the problem by:

    restart your computer

again clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
