Can't downgrade to older versions of CC apps (October 2018)

I've been struggling to go to an older version of some CC apps called Photoshop and Illustrator.

I upgraded from Photoshop/Illustrator 2018 to Photoshop/Illustrator 2019.

I searched Google and YouTube and these videos are just saying click on the dropdown and select "Other Versions". I looked for it. I don't have one.

See in the image below:

There was another video, it said if you don't have this option, go to Menu > Preferences > Creative Cloud and tick "Show Older Apps".

I looked for "Show Older Apps" and it's not there.

What do I do?

HAHAHAHAHA! I finally found it. All the links are here but where I downloaded it from is not from Adobe. Still, they work at least.

As you are in trial mode, you do not have the option to install older versions!

This was intentionally removed because in the recent updates they have disabled offline activation to stop or at least limit pirated use of adobe programs. To give users the ability to download older versions directly from Creative Cloud would defeat the purpose of the update since people could just download the older version that uses offline activation and crack it. However what I do not understand is that you can keep the older versions of Photoshop, Premier and After effect but not Lightroom Classic. After updating to the latest release of Lightroom Classic you can no longer use the older 2018 version.

If anyone from Adobe actually reads the forums, please allow us to also use the 2018 version of Lightroom like we can do with Photoshop, Premier, After Effects and I imagine other apps that I don't use.

I've been forced to the CS6 versions. I still needed Photoshop and Illustrator. I also had Premiere Pro but I was so mad, I decided to shift from Premiere Pro to BlackMagicDesign's DaVinci Resolve (Free Version).
