Can't get export/convert to work after purchase.

I purchased the pdf export/conversion to Word, Excel etc option a few hours ago.

I successfully made my first conversion straight away but now cannot get it to work either from the website or direct from Acrobat Reader on my pc.

 

I either get sent to the Pricing page repeatedly or get back the same document, still apparently as a pdf.

If I click on “view converted files” in Acrobat there is nothing there.

There doesn’t seem to be any request to log in anywhere.
