Can't install any CC Applications

Hi,

 

I have abrand new PC build, windows 10 pro. I've installed CC Desktop OK but it won;t let me install an applications.

 

I get the following errors. I'm on a home network, no firewalls, no AV, nothing is on this PC as it's brand new. Any ideas/

that's a windows error that you can, hopefully, circumvent without fixing.  perform start at 0 and work your way down.

 

0. update your os if you are able.

1. restart your computer.

2. close the cc desktop app, if it opens automatically

3. restart it as admin (right click > run as admin)

4. retry downloading
