Can't install Creative suite vite CPL licencing on Catalina

Hi,

Sorry my english isn't very well.
i try to install a package but they failed

in first step - i uninstall adobe
i compare all process active https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/package/help/resolving-process-conflicts.html#MacOS
in second step - i use this https://helpx.adobe.com/fr/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

in third step - I deleted adobe folder on Application

in system information my product is 64 bits

can you help me on this problem ? usualy i work on windows
