Question

Can't install due to server error

This is the 5th time this has happened to me now, I couldn't use any of my creative cloud and the app couldn't reach the server anymore, I cleaned all adobe off my laptop and now because of the same server error I can't even try re-install it.

Everytime this has happened my only option in the end has been to clean my laptop and reinstall windows.

what the hell is going on, everythings fine then out of the blue my whole subscription becomes redundant.

I've tried on multiple ISP's so its not the ISP. I've tried all the adobe files that i could download and run to clean out the host files and check for windows update problems.

When I run windows Network troubleshooter and point it towards www.Adobe.com it says my computer is set up fine but the server  for the site is the problem.

I'll already be cancelling my subscription at the end of the year over the farce i've had to deal with but it'd be nice to get some use out of something i'm already paying for.

I'm constantly told in the past to uninstall my internet security, which doesn't work.

then i get told to check with my ISP, which doesn't work.

The issue clearly seems to be at ADOBE's end but i get no response over whether something is being done.

I'm basically flushing my money down the toilet...oh no wait...it's going in your pockets.

great stuff.

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
