Question

Can't open any CC app (even the Adobe CC Desktop App) and I can't uninstall any of the apps.

Hi guys,

 

I just finished rendering a video in media encoder then I had my lunch. After that I could not load any of the apps anymore. When I launch any app, nothing happens. I tried uninstalling the apps and I couldn't do it. How do I solve this?

    Launch the task manager (Win) or activity monitor (Mac). See if there is any process related to the apps you are trying to launch kill them and then try. Did you restart your computer?
