Can't use apps. Stuck in a verifying ID loop

Hello,

I tried contacting support to deal with this and got as far as signing out and back in again.

Every time I open after effects or Premiere it tries to verifying my account... only it doesn't it just keeps reloading the screen. When I close the screen down it closes the whole application. I've tried logging out of the adobe CC app and logging in via the app and the same thing keeps happening.

I've attached a picture. I'm starting to panic as I've got a lot of deadlines next week.

It has started since I tried clearing some space on my drive and I uninstalled old versions of the programs.

If anyone has got any ideas to get this fixed that would be amazing.
