Question

Cancel subscription

Hi

Why does Adobe make it so hard to cancel a plan? There's no cancel plan button when I log in, and there's no email address I can send my request through to.

I can't even remove my credit card details so they'll stop charging me and the plan keeps renewing automatically.

'Real help from real people' under the Contact Us icon is a bit misleading, considering I started a chat 15 minutes ago and was responded to by a BOT and haven't yet been in touch with a real person.

My battery is now going to die, so I'll have to close the BOT chat and be stuck with my subscription for... ever?!

Adobe staff if you see this - I have never come across a service with such a convoluted process to cancel the service. Please fix it, or at a minimum, cancel my subscription.

Thank you.

Go to https://account.adobe.com/plan. "Manage plan" for the plan you want to cancel. You will find a cancel button. If not, do as jane-e says.

Hi

This is a user-to-user forum. Customer Care is here: Contact Customer Care. The chat icon is in the lower right.

You should have a "Cancel Plan" button when you go to "Manage Plan"

If you don't have these options, then you need to contact Adobe Support. The chat is indeed not great, but depending on where you are, you might find the phone number for Customer Service on the Adobe.com site.
