Hi team, I'd appreciate your help if you could assist to cancel the membership as I currently have two membership plans on my account. I think you're able to see that. Please let me know. Thank you.

John, I have been on chat and waiting since morning. At the same, I have seen that link you have attached (first link), which leads me to nowhere, but the chat again, to which, I've been waiting for since morning. It's past lunch time now. I can't possibly be calling an international number.
