cancelling subscription

I cannot seem to cancel my subscription for the free trial I signed up for. When I try to contact the support chat on the adobe website, it wont allow me to. I contacted my school enterprise and they said I should be able to cancel through adobe directly. I am frustrated and confused on what I should do.

Are you using a school enterprise ID? If so, I would get with your IT administrator and have them help you through it. They should be able to help you.

That seems odd to me... we work with Enterprise IDs here and our IT admins (myself included) are able to help with that. Perhaps ask them if they can put you in touch with whomever is supposed to help you at Adobe. I really do think they should be able to help you though... or, at least get you started...
