Cannot access Adobe Servers

When I try to update either Lightroom Classic CC or Photoshop CC on my Mac, I cannot access the Adobe Servers.  I am asked to check the Firewall and time settings on my computer.  If I turn off the Firewall, nothing changes and the time and date are set correctly.

I am able to update both programs on my Windows 10 computer.

I've not been able to connect with any individual within Adobe for help.  Does anyone have a suggestion?

Obviously, the problem is on your Mac if, on the same network, you can access the Adobe network (however, binaries are different so there may be a slight difference).

May be you could try the direct links to the servers: https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2018-direct-download-links.html .

Abambo,

I selected the direct link, downloaded the latest Photoshop CC, but the installer would not open the program.  I reset my password, but now Adobe will not recognize my user name and new password.  Hmm.
