Cannot initialise Creative Cloud or upgrade. I have a message that my disks are full.

Cannot initialise my Adobe Creative Cloud any more, even upgrade doesn't work, each time I recieve a message that my work disks are full... please help what can I do, thanks for your answer

Does your computer meet the minimum requirements to handle Creative Cloud desktop app + your OS + all other apps that you use (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc...)?
