Cannot update or reinstall any Adobe CC apps (Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

I cannot update any Adobe CC apps that have been installed on my Win10 PC. The updates all hang at around 15%. I've tried repairing Adobe CC and once I've uninstalled After Effects I cannot reinstall. Anyone know of any new issue that could be blocking the installions/updates? I don't see any Error messages from Adobe so have no clue as to why this is happening.
