Hello guys,

so my problem is, that I have two hard drives in my Mac. Now the main one is almost full, so I want to install the Creative Cloud Apps on my second one but when I change the "install location" in the Creative Cloud desktop App, it still installs in the normal Application Folder in OSX. In that way I cant use my Apps because i cant install them.

Does anyone know a solution?

Once there is sufficient disk space on the primary drive then you can choose a custom install location for some of the applications included with a Creative Cloud membership, Heilys34131887.  You will still need sufficient space for the temporary files and shared resources on the primary drive.  Not all of the applications support a custom install location, so I would strongly recommend you maintain sufficient disk space on the primary partition for those applications.

Heilys34131887, I am sorry but the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application, it shared resources, and temporary files must be stored on the drive/partition that contains the operating system.  I would recommend you find other ways to reduce the files on the OS drive or increase the size of the partition.  Even a custom install of the Adobe CC applications will not give you a significant increase in disk space.

You can find more information on the disk space requirement for Adobe CC applications at Adobe Creative Cloud system requirements .

That's not the Problem. I don't care about the shared files etc. I just want the Application itself to be stored on another drive
