is er ook een nederlandse helpdesk 

 

Ik heb al jaren een fotografie-account van 12,09 per maand (docent) Afgelopen maand heb ik deze willen upgraden naar de CC alle apps (19,66).

Als ik het fotografie account wil annuleren, moet ik 65 euro betalen ... Klopt dit?

 

En met het alle-apps account heb ik toch ook gewoon fotoshop en lightroom ??

Hallo Jaco,

Als u het fotografie account wil annuleren, worden u annulatiekosten in rekening gebracht, maar ons verkoopteam kan dat in soms laten vallen.

Wanneer u op de Adobe.com website de optie "Creativiteit en design" en daarna "Alle lidmaatschappen en prijzen" kiest dan kunt u onderaan die pagina het telefoonnummer van ons Nederlands verkoopteam vinden.

Mocht dat niet lukken, dan mag u mij ook een privé berichtje sturen en dan kan ik uw account even bekijken.

The Creative Cloud Student & Teacher All Apps plan consists of 31+ apps and services including Photoshop & Lightroom.

If you wish to cancel the Photography Plan early, I suggest you contact Adobe Customer Care and ask the agent to waive your cancellation fee.
