CC App doesn't allow update to latest versions of apps

I have an iMac and a MacBook Air, both running the latest version of macOS Mohave, 10.14.3. Both machines have the latest CC App installed, 4.8.0.421

On the MacBook Air, I updated my Adobe apps to the latest version without any problem, so I am now running on that computer:

LR Classic 8.2

LR CC 2.2

PS 20.0.3

On the iMac, when I click on the vertical ... and do a Check for App Updates, the app says "Loading applications", thinks for a while, then returns saying that all apps are up to date. However, the installed apps are NOT the latest versions. The computer still has older versions installed, i.e.:

LR Classic 8.1

LR CC 2.1.1

PS 20.0.1

Does anyone have any ideas as to why the CC App on my iMac thinks that my apps are up to date, when clearly they are not...?

Correct answer John Waller

Have you tried signing out of the Cloud on the iMac then signing back in? That often works for me.

updates are rolled-out on a cryptic schedule and it's not even clear if different computers using the same network get updates at the same time.

unless you're missing something critical, you should wait.
