CC files not backed up when using Directory Junction on Windows 10

So I have one backup to One Drive and it seems to actually work with a folder that I made via cmd directory junction but with creative cloud, that seems to not work at all. Is there any way to do that. All my work is on an external drive and I'd like to sync it that way.
