CC install p206. Tried almost all the solutions

1. Direct link download shows same problem.

2. I have tried several network/wifi and doens't help. My friends are ok in the same network.

3. Firewall disabled, IE/Edge Proxy disabled. Host file is empty.

4. I have uninstalled all the adobe software, used creative cloud cleaner tool to clean "All", deleted every folder named "Adobe" in my PC. Even deleted every Adobe registry in regedit.

5. I have tried troubleshooting page solutions and got logos and pong.

6. If I used global VPN like expressVPN, the installer would just keep loading.

I used wireshark to capture this when p206 occurs. Hope some network experts can help me figure out what the problem is!!

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
