Question

CC keeps logging me out

Hello,

I have recently installed Windows 10, fully updated. I am using two programs: Photoshop and Lightroom Classic.

Once every few launches of either LR or PS, I am greeted with a "Login to adobe CC" dialog. The CC client itself does not seem to log out. I tried various solutions to no avail:

1. Reinstalling CC and using the cleaner tool.

2. Renaming some folders to **.old (according to an Adobe article)

3. Restarting various services (WMI, Credentials, etc).

4. Restarting my PC.

5. Disabling my Anti-Virus.

Nothing helped and at this point, I'm really losing my mind.

What should I try next?

I appreciate your help.

Thank you.

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
