CC library Issue

Hello. I have a question about Adobe Library.
Sharing a library with collaborators automatically saves the library's esets on the collaborator's desktop.
However, if I erase an eset because the storage capacity of the desktop is exceeded, can I use the eset of the shared library? Also, is there a way to use the library's esets instead of being stored on the desktop?
