CC Won't Install

Hi there, I just purchased CC and am trying to install to my Macbook Pro. I've tried 3 times and have uninstalled and tried again. It stops installing at 21% and freezes. Please help!

Shannon1972, what version of Mac OS are you installing the Creative Cloud applications on?  Did you have any other Adobe software previously installed?  Finally, if you have macOS 10.15 Catalina installed, then what steps did you take to remove any 32-bit applications prior to the upgrade?
