Charged After Request For Cancelation of Plan (Feel Cheated)
Hello,
I am shocked at the unprofessionalism of a reputed company like Adobe and feel cheated.
On January 11th 2019, VIA the Chat Option, I asked for the Photography Plan to be cancelled.
The agent confirmed the same and I have screenshots.
However, today while going through my Credit Card statement, I realised I am still being charged by Adobe and the PHOTOGRAPHY PLAN is still active.
Is Adobe here running a racket? If in good faith I have subscribed and given my details, then I would expect them to honor my request.
No one is picking the helpline, there is no email address I can write to and there is just waiting on the Chat screen.
If anyone from the staff is reading this, please resolve this issue.
