COMPLETELY SATISFIED customer!!!

Hi,

I wanted to let Adobe know about a representative that was so kind and gracious to me. I have been waiting for the satisfaction questionnaire and I haven't received it, so I will set my accolades here. I had a representative name Siddharth at 2019-03-24 06:22:02 SGT. He was soooooooooooooo helpful and fixed my issues. There was a problem with my Essential Graphics, they were not working AT ALL!!! I had previous representatives, however even though they tried their hardest to help me, it was not possible. One removed ALL of my made graphics and then disappeared off of the screen. I was frustrated about losing all of it, but I appreciate all the help anyway. But it wasn't until I received help from Mr. Siddharth that I got the help I needed. This rep was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!!! I pray that always receive help from such people like him!!!!
