Contacting Support

I am currently overseas travelling in the Philippines in remote locations with limited signal and Wi-Fi access. I have been having account difficulties and have been trying relentlessly to contact support over several weeks via email, attempted calls to the 800-833-6687 number and to the constantly closed chat line.  Does anyone know of a customer support email address that is monitored and will reply that I can email for account support?

I am baffled that Adobe doesn't have a Support ticket system, like most normal major companies have. The chat is always closed. I can't call because I'm contacting on behalf of my team and don't have access to their computers to troubleshoot. There is no email address to contact Support and the forums are less than helpful. Very poor service all around, is what I've experienced from Adobe in the 7 or so years I've dealt with them.
